Ronel Erasmus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and project management within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director at Phreesia since January 2017, Ronel has held several positions including Director of Client Solutions and Associate Director of Client Success. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Success Manager at Do Something Different, where Ronel successfully managed accounts and led large-scale projects. Earlier career highlights include Project Manager for Health & Wellbeing at the University of Hertfordshire and Client Services Manager at Momentum. Educational credentials include a BA and MA in Psychology & Criminology from the University of South Africa and University of Pretoria, along with a certification as a Nutrition Specialist. Ronel is also a former member of the British Psychological Society.
