Eugene Tcipnjatov is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications and software development industries. Currently serving as Co-founder and CTO of Phound since January 2022, Eugene previously held the position of CTO at FreeConferenceCall.com and StartMeeting from June 2007 until December 2023, focusing on technology innovations and customer collaboration. From September 2005 to June 2007, Eugene was CTO of DataNaut LLC, leading the design and development of advanced VOIP conferencing solutions. Earlier career highlights include serving as Team Manager at Intel Corporation, where management of a 15-engineer team encompassed test automation and performance analysis, and working as Team Leader at MERA developing VOIP stacks. Eugene's foundational expertise in software engineering was established at the Center for Digital Algorithms and is supported by a Master's degree in Computational Mathematics from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod.
