Justyn Welsh is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Engineer I in Technology at Photronics since June 2021, previously holding the position of Associate Technology Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Control Intern at Memry Corporation, where Justyn collaborated with Quality Engineers and worked on a Miscount Team to address miscount issues. Research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the UConn School of Engineering involved data analysis concerning air pollution using Python. Justyn also served as a Student Administrative Assistant at the University of Connecticut's Office of the Registrar. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Genetics & Genomics, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, all from the University of Connecticut, along with a high school diploma from John F Kennedy High School.
