Lesley Duncan is a Senior Marketing Manager at Photonic Inc. since February 2024 and the Principal Consultant at Lesley Duncan Consulting since October 2016, providing accessible strategy, research, assessment, and evaluation services. Previously, Lesley served as Operations Director at SFU VentureLabs, overseeing strategy implementation and stakeholder relationships, and as Acting Executive Director, leading teams to support technology innovators. Lesley co-founded Distill Analytics, raising over $500,000 in funding, and has held various roles at NRG Research Group, focusing on research management and consultation across multiple sectors. Educationally, Lesley holds a PhD and an MA in Social Psychology, as well as a BA Honours in Arts: Psychology, all from The University of British Columbia.
