Katie Houghton is an experienced accountant currently serving at Phosters (FM) Ltd since January 2022. Prior to this role, Katie gained valuable expertise at Haines Watts as an Audit & Accounts professional from June 2019 to December 2021, and at Michael Kay & Company as an Audit & Accounts Assistant from June 2015 to June 2019. Katie began the accounting career as an Audit Clerk at MD Associates Accountants & Tax Advisers from March 2013 to June 2015. Academically, Katie pursued extensive training in accounting, securing an ACCA qualification from Kaplan Financial and AAT levels 2, 3, and 4 from Stourbridge College. Additional educational qualifications include A Levels in Accounting and Finance, Psychology, Sociology, and Textiles from Halesowen College, as well as 9 GCSEs from Pedmore Technology College & Community School.
