Pavankumar Shetty is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design management and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Phosphate Valley Technology since January 2024, Pavankumar spearheads the mechanical engineering team and leads innovative engineering projects. Previously held roles include Technical Lead at Trillium Flow Technologies, managing order engineering and new product development activities, and several positions at Flowserve Corporation, where compliance and design principles were prioritized. Early career experience includes design engineering at Polyhydron Systems Pvt Ltd, where significant improvements in design turnover time were achieved through automation. Pavankumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from KLECET Belgaum and a pre-university certification in Mathematics and Computer Science from Govindram Seksaria Science College.
