Naresh Rathor is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience in leading QA initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Quality Engineering Manager at PhonePe since August 2024, Naresh previously held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Acko from January 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included guiding the quality engineering team in launching complex Insurtech products and developing automation/testing frameworks. Prior to Acko, Naresh accumulated significant expertise at Amazon between 2015 and 2022, progressing through roles such as Quality Assurance Manager III, II, and Engineer II, where major contributions were made to the Amazon Payments platform and Consumer Engagement initiatives. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles in QA at Dell International Services and Hewlett-Packard, focusing on automation in e-commerce applications and remote monitoring solutions. Naresh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
