John-Martin Ash Rigsby, M.Ed., currently serves as the Assistant Principal for Student Connectedness and Athletic Director at Betty H. Fairfax High School within the Phoenix Union High School District, a position held since July 2019. Rigsby's responsibilities encompass campus and community safety, student conduct, multi-tiered systems of support, and social and emotional learning. Previously, Rigsby held various roles at Trevor G. Browne High School, including Assistant Principal for Student Success and CTE Department Instructional Leader, and served as a K-12 Student Advisor for the Gila River Indian Community. Rigsby has a diverse educational background with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and multiple degrees and certificates from Arizona State University, specializing in nonprofit leadership, public administration, and ethics.
