Lance McPeak currently serves as Pulp Manufacturing Leader at Phoenix Paper Wickliffe LLC, having previously held roles such as Operations Manager at H&H Enterprises and Operations Maintenance Coordinator at Phoenix Paper Wickliffe LLC. With extensive experience in process engineering and operations management, Lance has also worked as Paper Machine Manager at Doubletree Paper Mills, Process Engineer at Clearwater Paper Corporation, Project Manager at Mitsubishi Elevators, and Assistant Superintendent at Boise Paper. Prior military service includes the role of Chief, Standardization & Evaluation in the U.S. Air Force, focusing on mission readiness and compliance. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Air Force Academy.
