Ray Powers has extensive experience in the technology and event management sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Implementations at PhoenixNAP since February 2005, Ray specializes in the implementation, management, and support of cloud and security-related services. Prior roles at PhoenixNAP included Vice President of Implementations and Director of Business Planning, overseeing software and product design lifecycles and project management. Ray also owned and managed Monastery Productions and Gamer's Edge Inc., providing event management services and retail operations, respectively. Previous experience includes a decade at Avnet as a Project Manager and various roles, and a position as Director of Software Engineering at Safko International, focusing on assistive technology solutions. Ray Powers holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.
