Ejnar Håkonsen is an accomplished Game Economy Design Consultant at Phoenix Games since October 2023, with a diverse background in game systems design and therapeutic coaching. Ejnar founded and owns PrimePeak.dk, where exceptional results in therapy work are achieved, leveraging knowledge from top hypnotists and a solid science education. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Game Systems Design Consultant at Nimble Giant Entertainment and BetaDwarf, overseeing game balance and monetization design, and earlier roles as a Game Designer and freelance programmer. Ejnar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Science in Game Design from IT-Universitetet i København.
