Damon Kosior has extensive work experience in software engineering, spanning over several companies and roles. Damon is currently a Software Engineer IV at Phoenix Defense, LLC. Damon previously worked at Leidos as a Senior Software Engineer from 2016 to 2020. In this role, they developed software for the jLCCTC program using C++ and Java, following Agile methodologies. Damon also utilized Clearcase and Git for configuration management. Prior to Leidos, Damon worked at AEgis Technologies as a Software Engineer V from 2010 to 2016, where they developed software for the Air Warfare Simulation and Airbase Simulation using Ada, Java, C++, C, and Jasper Reports. Damon followed Agile software development processes and used Clearcase and Subversion/Hudson for configuration management. Before AEgis Technologies, they worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer from 2005 to 2010, and as a Software Engineer from 1998 to 2003. Damon also has experience as a Software Engineer at DUAL Incorporated from 1996 to 1998.

Damon Kosior earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
