Adam Hardney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Adam started their career in 2006 at UniFirst Corporation, where they worked as a Sales Representative, District Service Manager, and later as a Production Manager. In 2017, they joined Phoenix Defense, LLC as a Logistician, and gradually progressed to roles such as Logistics Manager and Logistics Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Test Engineer at Phoenix Defense, LLC.

Adam Hardney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Queens University of Charlotte from 2004 to 2006. Adam later pursued a Master's degree in Model and Simulation at the University of Central Florida, completing their studies from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Adam obtained the VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2022 certification from VMware in October 2022.
