Sam Grooms serves as Principal at WhiteHaven, a real estate private equity investment firm specializing in multifamily properties in Greater Phoenix, since 2016. In addition to this role, Sam is an Ambassador, Volunteer, and Philanthropist with the Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation since April 2022, and a Member of the Forbes Real Estate Council since 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Reporting Manager at Amkor Technology from 2014 to 2017, overseeing SEC reporting for the public company, and as Audit Senior at Deloitte from 2012 to 2014. Sam Grooms holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Accounting from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
