Tracy Suber has extensive experience in the healthcare and education fields. From 2006 to 2015, they worked at Darton College as the Assistant Dean of Nursing, where they were responsible for program management, curriculum development, program evaluation, and simulation. Since 2015, Tracy has been with Phoebe Putney Health System, where they have held various leadership roles such as Director of Evidence Based Practice, AVP of the Center for Learning & Innovation, and most recently, Vice President of Education. In their current role, Tracy oversees nursing education, organizational development, and the Simulation & Innovation Center, and maintains strong relationships with partners to create a long-term pipeline strategy for healthcare workforce sustainability.
Tracy Suber holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Leadership from Valdosta State University, which was completed from 2012 to 2018. Tracy also obtained a Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN/Ed) from the University of Phoenix between 2015 and 2019. Additionally, Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Thomas University, earned in 2000, and an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree from Darton College, completed in 1996.
