Tashanika James is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center since February 2024, Tashanika has also held roles such as Assistant Manager at Renaissance Waverly Convention Center Hotel since March 2023, and Hospitality Supervisor with PHM Management since January 2020. Previous experience includes being an Assistant Manager with IHG Hotels & Resorts since January 2019, and working in various customer service roles, including as a Customer Service Ambassador and Front Desk Attendant. Tashanika holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Temple University, completed in July 1994.
