Tiffany Clarke, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Phlow since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tiffany held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Eagle Fire Inc. for over 14 years, leading the HR function during a significant company transition. Tiffany’s career includes experience as a Human Resources Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Eagle Fire, along with a Marketing Communications Student Editor role at Vanderbilt University. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Procter & Gamble, where Tiffany designed an onboarding program and analyzed employee satisfaction data. Tiffany also served as Marketing Director at Coldwell Banker Johnson & Thomas and began a career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Tiffany earned an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Human and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University and a BSBA in Business: Marketing and Journalism from the University of Richmond.
