Ed Lau is the current Director at Phizzle. Ed has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry and has held various positions at companies such as ICCP Venture Partners, Audible Inc., Phizzle, Inc., Tarantella, and New Moon Systems, Inc.

Lau began their career in 1986 as the Director of UNIX Development at Netframe Systems. Ed then co-founded Audible Inc. in 1994 and served as its President and a Member of its Board of Directors until 1996. In 1995, they also co-founded New Moon Systems, Inc., where they served as its CEO until 2003. From 2002 to 2005, Lau was the Vice President of Strategy at Tarantella. Ed then joined ICCP Venture Partners as Managing Director in 2005 and remained with the company until 2022.

Lau has been with Phizzle since its inception in 2012 and currently serves as its Director.

Ed Lau received a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, an MS in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an AB in Mathematics and Computer Science from New York University.
