Benno Oderkerk has extensive experience in the photonics industry, currently serving on the Supervisory Boards of MantiSpectra, AMS Technologies AG, and PhotonDelta, as well as holding advisory roles at Scinvivo B.V. and PHIX Photonics Assembly. Previously, Benno held significant leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board at PhotonicsNL and President of the Board of Directors at EPIC - European Photonics Industry Consortium. With a career that began as Technical Director at STM Sensor Technology Munich, Benno was later CEO of Avantes for over 26 years. Benno Oderkerk holds a Master’s degree in Electrotechnical Engineering from the University of Twente.
