Kirstin Seitz has a strong background in marketing and strategic operations. Kirstin is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Operations at Philo, where they oversee the go-to-market process and has played a key role in growing Philo to a top 10 US streaming television service. Prior to joining Philo, Kirstin was the Head of Marketing Strategy and Operations at the company.

Before their time at Philo, Kirstin worked at CBS Interactive as a Senior Marketing Manager, where they led marketing and digital initiatives for Tech, Games, and Media Brands. Kirstin played a crucial role in launching CNET Roadshow, which created a new audience segment at the intersection of technology and automotive innovation.

Kirstin also worked at Food Network as the Director of Brand Strategy and Advertising, where they led strategic planning, creative development, and media planning. At Ogilvy & Mather, Kirstin served as Associate Director of Entertainment Marketing and Branded Content, leading strategy, creative execution, and production for branded content campaigns. Kirstin also worked at HBO, starting as a Marketing Associate and eventually becoming the Manager of Advertising & Multi-Platform Marketing. At HBO, Kirstin grew the subscriber base for HBO On Demand and directed award-winning marketing campaigns.
