Elliot Hoinville is a dedicated professional in natural resource and wildlife management, currently serving as a Natural Resource Technician at Philmont Scout Ranch since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Counselor at Philmont Scout Ranch, interpreting the logging and railroading histories of Northern New Mexico, and various positions at Denison University, including Campus Tour Guide, Greenhouse Technician, and Undergraduate Research Fellow, where Elliot designed and implemented a study on freshwater reptiles. Previous experience also includes serving as a Ranger and Work Crew Member at Philmont Scout Ranch, focusing on outdoor recreation skills, leadership cultivation, and wildfire mitigation.
