Olawanle Moronkeji is an experienced Independent Consultant specializing in HR and Change Management, currently serving as a Partner in the People Transformation Practice at Phillips Consulting Limited since August 2019. Previously, Olawanle held the position of Chief Executive while self-employed from March 2009 to July 2019, leading various public sector management projects and focusing on business development, stakeholder engagement, and performance improvement across multiple sectors. Additionally, Olawanle served as Head of HR Strategy & Compensation Management at Abuja Electricity Distribution Company from June 2015 to March 2017, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and compensation structures. Olawanle holds an mMBA in Business Administration and Management from Tekedia Institute and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Lagos.
