Tim Clay is an experienced construction and operations leader with a robust background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Phillips & Jordan, Inc. since September 2020, Tim oversees business and construction operations in Northeast/Northwest Florida and Southeast Georgia, with responsibilities encompassing engineering, field operations, contract administration, and regional financial management. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Jr. Davis Construction Company and Vice President of Field Operations at Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors, where Tim directed construction operations for various heavy-civil projects. Tim also has experience as Project Manager for multiple companies, including Prince Contracting and Reeves Construction Company, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Additional credentials include prior military service as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army, with expertise in combat engineering operations.
