Teri Cotton Santos, JD, currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Phillips 66, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Teri held the role of Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at HollyFrontier Corporation from January 2020 to September 2023 and worked as an Independent Advisor with Hoffman-Barnes Risk Management Consulting from 2018 to January 2020, focusing on risk assessments and compliance program design. Teri also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance and Risk Officer for The Warranty Group from 2013 to 2018, where a global data privacy program was developed. From 2012 to 2013, Teri was Senior Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Career Education Corporation. Prior experience includes significant legal roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel for Asian Operations, and early legal positions at the Office of the Circuit Attorney and Evans and Dixon.
