Jaideep Paivaidya is an experienced Risk Manager at Phillip Capital Inc. since September 2014, overseeing risk management for the Proprietary Trading Desk focused on equity and currency. Prior experience includes serving as a Market Strategist for the Commodity/Currency Group at Focus Group (Focus Comtrade pvt Ltd/Focus Securities Pvt Ltd) from October 2005 to 2011, and as a Senior Manager in Market Risk Advisory at Mecklai Financial Commercial Services Ltd from February 2003 to May 2005, where Jaideep was a key member of the "Knowledge Centre," providing insights on currency movements for decision-making across branches. Jaideep's career began as an Engineering Trainee at Tata Motors (erstwhile TELCO) from December 2000 to June 2001, gaining valuable exposure to foreign currency markets and economic indicators. Jaideep holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering and studied at Chetana Institute of Management Studies.
