Vikram Shankar is a seasoned professional in the field of product management and analysis, currently serving as a Product Owner at Philips since January 2022. In this role, Vikram focuses on the design and development of systems related to Customer Service, overseeing the implementation of the Philips Business System (PBS). Prior to this position, Vikram worked as a Business Analyst at Cognizant from May 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included scheduling requirement gathering calls and conducting data analysis.
