Marloes Halkes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT, operations, and continuous improvement, currently serving as Head of Capabilities & Performance - IT at Philips since October 2014. Previous roles include Leadership Transformation Lead, Head of Continuous Improvement Finance, and LEAN Master Finance at Philips. Prior to this, Marloes worked at ProRail as a LEAN transformation coach, Program Manager, and IT Manager, managing significant projects related to railway infrastructure. Marloes's experience also encompasses roles at BlueScope Steel, Toll Solutions, TNT Express, TNT Logistics, Shell International, and as an Onderwijsassistente at Abstede College. Educational qualifications include an Executive Coaching Certification from INSEAD, a LEAN Master Black Belt from the University of Wales, and a Science degree from Utrecht University, among others.
