Charlotte Hanneman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Incoming CFO at Philips, Charlotte has previously held significant positions at Stryker, including Vice President of Controller and Financial Planning & Analysis, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Vice President of Finance for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Stryker, Charlotte was the Head of Group Management Accounting and Analysis at VION Food Group, and also worked as a Senior Finance Manager at Merck Sharpe & Dohme. Additional roles include Marketing and Sales Controller and Supply Chain Controller at Organon. Charlotte Hanneman holds an Executive Master in Finance and Control from Maastricht University and completed a program at Harvard Business School in 2015.
