Raquel Lagnason has over 14 years of experience in the contact center industry, currently serving as Unit Head at AXA Philippines since March 2022. Prior to this role, Raquel held positions at AXA Philippines - Ablaze as Head Of Unit and at Manulife in various capacities, including Senior Team Lead and Customer Service Team Lead, overseeing claims management and customer service operations for Annuities and Fixed Products. Raquel also worked at John Hancock Financial Services as Claims Team Lead and has extensive experience handling escalations and coaching as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Manulife. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of the City of Muntinlupa.
