Lesley Anne Perez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, human resources, and financial consulting. Currently serving as the Business Unit Head and Insurance Entrepreneur at AXA Philippines since May 2017, Lesley focuses on building and mentoring a team of financial advisors to protect Filipino families, while also recognized as an AXA MDRT Mentor. Previously, Lesley held various leadership roles, including Executive Financial Advisor, Business Development Director at Optimum Source Inc., and Director of Operations & Human Resources at LivingSocial. A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Legal Management, Lesley demonstrates a strong commitment to financial literacy and business consultancy, having collaborated with numerous companies to enhance their development and organizational strategies.
