Previous roles include Africa Technical Excellence Director and Factory Director at Unilever, overseeing operations at the Maydon Wharf and Phoenix Factories, as well as tenure as Mill Manager at Kimberly-Clark. Ntokozo has held management positions at Tongaat Hulett Starch, Mondi Group, and various other companies, demonstrating a strong background in end-to-end manufacturing processes, logistics, and operational excellence.
