Chris Nolan has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Litigation & Investigations and Vice President & Associate General Counsel for the IP Law Group at Philip Morris International since July 2003. In this role, Chris established a proactive IP organization, managing IP opportunity and risk across all business lines. Previously, Chris was an Associate and Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP from September 1994 to July 2003, focusing on a broad range of US and international litigation and investigative practices. Chris holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
