Yvette Almaguer is a seasoned program evaluation analyst and research professional with extensive experience in educational and community-focused initiatives. Currently serving as a Program Evaluation Analyst at Philadelphia Youth Network since September 2018, Yvette oversees program evaluation and research efforts aimed at enhancing program quality and efficacy.
