Timothy Rayer is an experienced professional in information services and technology management. Currently serving as the Information Services Manager at the Philadelphia Youth Network since June 2022, Timothy has previously held the position of Director of Information Services at Altria from 2009 to July 2022. With a solid foundation in IT management, Timothy also worked as an Information Technology Manager at John Middleton Co., an Altria Company, from 2001 to 2009. Earlier in the career, Timothy gained operational experience at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange from 1986 to 1988.
