Julian Franklin

Manager, Membership Services And Communication at Philadelphia Flyers

Julian Franklin has extensive experience in membership services and customer relations, currently serving as the Manager of Membership Services and Communication for the Philadelphia Flyers since February 2018, following roles as Account Manager and Customer Service Account Manager. Prior experience includes a Box Office Intern position with the Philadelphia Flyers in late 2016, and a Camp Director role with Upper Merion Township Parks & Recreation from June 2013 to August 2016. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Hospitality Marketing Representative at Valley Forge Casino Resort and as an Associate at Panera Bread. Julian started in the industry with Crystal Blue Entertainment as a promoter and event staff from 2006 to 2012, eventually also working at Crystal Blue Cafe & Lounge as a cook and bar back. Educational background includes a degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and a high school diploma from Archbishop Carroll High School.
