Joe Grugan currently serves as the Director of Finance at the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at ETS from January 2001 to March 2021, Accounting Director at Vlasic Food International from February 1999 to February 2001, and Adjunct Instructor in Finance and Accounting at Thomas Jefferson University between 1998 and 2001. Earlier career positions feature Accounting Manager at Lenox Corporation from 1985 to 1999 and Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche from 1982 to 1985. Joe Grugan earned an M.B.A. in Finance from La Salle University in 1992 and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution in 1982, along with additional studies at The Wharton School between 2004 and 2006.
