Ivan David Lozada has extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as Director de Customer Success and previously as Director comercial y de marketing at Phidias ® since July 2008. Responsibilities at Phidias ® include overseeing service commitments, conflict resolution, risk mitigation in projects, and the creation of project management templates. Ivan David also has a background in commercial support across southwestern Colombia and other South American countries, as well as holding the position of Ingeniero de servicios profesionales at Open International Systems Corp. Ivan David holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad ICESI and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
