Theo Maree is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Financial Director at Phibro Animal Health since June 2013, where responsibilities include financial risk assessment, IFRS implementation, international reporting, transfer pricing methodology, and taxation controls. Additionally, Theo has worked as a Financial Administrator at Fincon Financial Services since October 2012, and previously held leadership roles at Transvaal Gate & Wire Works (Pty) Ltd from April 2001 to October 2012, including Chief Executive Officer and Financial & Operations Director, where the focus was on the overall success of the group. Education includes a professional qualification in Corporate Governance from the South African Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, as well as degrees from UNISA in Corporate Governance and Accounting & Auditing.
