Michael Papirov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control and project management within the biotechnology and animal health sectors. Currently serving as Quality Control Manager at Phibro Animal Health since June 2014, Michael ensures the implementation of quality control procedures and facilitates knowledge transfer across global sites. Previous roles include Technology Transfer and Process Validation Project Manager and team leader, where Michael managed teams of 8-12 employees to meet project objectives. Michael’s background also includes positions at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank as a Mortgage Consultant and at Promyco Diagnostics as a Market Analyst. Michael began a career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Squad Commander, specializing in training and security leadership. Michael holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology Management and a Bachelor of Science in General Life Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
