Carlos Henrique Souza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in key account management and chemical engineering. Currently serving as Key Account Manager at Phibro Animal Health since July 2019, Carlos is responsible for technical and commercial support for ethanol clients in Brazil and Paraguay, with significant involvement in the importation of process chemicals. Prior roles include Area Manager at Nalco Water, where Carlos managed sales teams and product offerings for water treatment chemicals, and Account Manager at GE Water & Process Technologies, focusing on industrial water treatment and technical assistance. Previous experience also includes production supervision and chemical engineering roles at Usina Alto Alegre S/A, along with research internships at Universität Bayreuth. Carlos holds an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Business Strategies.
