Sean Mager is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service delivery and operational management. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager at PHI Aviation since August 2021, Sean acts as the customer focal point and ensures effective communication between departments, customers, and stakeholders. Prior experience includes over 29 years at the Royal Flying Doctor Service (WA), where roles varied from Health Service Delivery Manager to Coordination Centre Manager, demonstrating expertise in contract management and operational oversight. Sean's career began in the Department of Defence - Navy as a Leading Seaman Radar Operator. Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from The University of Notre Dame Australia, complemented by management training from the Australian Institute of Management.
