Rhonda Leonard, MBA, has extensive experience in financial management and accounting across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Reimbursement at PHI Air Medical since April 2020, Rhonda has previously held roles such as Assistant Director of Reimbursement and Assistant Controller within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Regional Accounting Manager at RI International and a Sr. Accountant on a contract basis at Northstar Aerospace. Rhonda's background also encompasses a Senior Financial Analyst role at ON Semiconductor, focusing on financial analysis and reporting, and a Systems Consultant position at Banner Health, where implementation of cost accounting software was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes accounting roles at Forever Living Products International Company, Casino Arizona, the Arizona Department of Gaming, Keller Williams Realty, and Data Mapping Solutions. Rhonda holds an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Grand Canyon University and a BS in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
