Alice comes from a customer service-oriented background, having held positions in a variety of fields such as surgical dentistry, optometry, and financial tech. She loves tackling complex problems both in and outside of the workplace. From a young age, she has endeavoured to understand the world around her at the deepest possible level, and this led her to pursue a degree in Philosophy at the University of Toronto. Her main professional objective is to optimize workflow processes and make life easier for colleagues and clients alike.
