Phoenix Williams, CRMP has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Starting as a Manager at Citizens Bank in 2005, they later transitioned to become a Teacher/Counselor at SEED Public Charter School, where they taught Business Administration to high school students. During this time, they also developed relationships with external organizations resulting in various grants. In 2011, Phoenix joined PHEAA, where they held multiple roles. As a Technical Training Specialist, they designed and implemented training programs related to Title IV Loan Programs. They later became a Compliance Coordinator, where they designed a comprehensive training program to mitigate the risk of noncompliance. Phoenix was eventually promoted to Senior Compliance Coordinator, responsible for creating compliance-driven learning strategies for over three thousand employees. In their most recent role as Deputy Chief Risk Officer - Director of Enterprise Risk Management Governance and Analysis, Phoenix supports PHEAA's Chief Risk Officer in managing the overall development and administration of the organization's Enterprise Risk Management governing framework.
Phoenix Williams, CRMP attended Temple University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business. Additionally, they hold the Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) certification from RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.).
