Spyros Economou brings extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having served in various leadership roles since January 1993 at PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, including Senior General Manager for YUM Brands (Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell) and Operations Director. Previous positions include General Manager and Operations Manager for Pizza Hut and Area Manager responsibilities. Prior to this, Spyros Economou was the Restaurant General Manager at Aqua Marina Hotel from January 1989 to December 1991. With a strong background in operations management, HR, people development, training, brand budgeting, marketing, and call center operations, Spyros Economou emphasizes comprehensive brand growth and results. Educational qualifications include attendance at the Higher Hotel Institute of Cyprus.
