Aleksander Østrup has a diverse range of work experience. Aleksander began their career in 2007 as a Service Employee at Intersales A/S, where they tested electronics and provided customer support. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at Københavns Kommune. In 2012, they moved on to Megafon - Consulting and Research, where they held the role of Data/IT assistant until 2014. Following this, they joined Weibel Scientific as an Embedded Software Engineer from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, they transitioned to GN Group for a short period, continuing their work as an Embedded Software Engineer. In the same year, they also joined Phase One as an Embedded Software Engineer, where they remained until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Rokoko.

Aleksander Østrup earned their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Wireless Communication from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Aleksander attended the university from 2008 to 2013.
