Kyle L. has work experience as a Research Scientist at Phase Genomics since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Associate at the University of Washington from 2007 to 2015. At the University of Washington, their work focused on sequencing single strands of DNA using a protein nanopore, which improved read fidelity and enhanced understanding of small scale kinematics in DNA.

Kyle L. attended the University of Washington from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology.
