Peachy Velasco is an experienced documentation specialist and technical writer with a strong background in both technical support and education. Currently serving as the sole Technical Writer at Pharos Systems International since June 2008, Peachy collaborates with various teams to create and maintain comprehensive product documentation. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Support Specialist/Technical Writer at Retail Insight Ltd, where Peachy provided advanced support and produced user guides, and as an Information Technology Tutor/Network Support Specialist at the New Zealand Institute of Sport, delivering technical training and support. Additionally, Peachy held an academic position as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Department at Rizal Technological University and worked as a CAD Operator at Silverhouse Planning Corporation. Peachy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Education from Rizal Technological University, with ongoing studies in the latter.
