Olga Bartocha is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical industry with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as the Country Head for PharOS Ltd in Malta since August 2023, Olga leads all operating procedures across the Maltese premises. Prior to this role, Olga held significant positions at Sandoz Polska from December 2017 to August 2023, including Production Head and Quality Control Manager, where responsibilities included project management, quality assurance, and team leadership. Previous experience at Polpharma encompassed a variety of roles focused on contract manufacturing, project management, and quality control. Olga holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Gdansk and postgraduate studies in Project Management from the High School of Banking.
