Prosun Das is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HRBP and HR Lead at PharmaScroll since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning for change initiatives to enhance productivity and organizational efficiency. Prior to this, Prosun held the position of HR Senior Manager and HRBP at Genpact from August 2014 to January 2024, focusing on aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives and implementing a global revamping of background-based strategies. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Analyst in HR at Wipro, enhancing onboarding experiences, and previous positions as a Market Data Analyst at HSBC and Process Associate at Infosys/UBS Investment Bank. Prosun holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a BBA in Finance from Garden City University.
